Tai Chi

The more I practise the TAI CHI, the more it fascinates me. It is very subtle and profound. It is also a good form of exercise which always leaves me refreshed, relaxed, and energised.



Tai Chi

The movements of the Tai Chi Ch'uan originate from China. They are practised as a sequence or a form: here the long Yang form. It is a continuous flow of rhythmical movements enacting scenes from the lives of animals or birds which are symbolic of our life's journey, thus providing a framework of wholeness.

The regular practice of the Tai Chi improves balance, poise and suppleness, and induces calmness and clarity.
