I teach a style of yoga which is both gentle and meditative yet incorporating strong statement postures in order to empower, refresh, relax and bring about a deeper awareness of our essential nature.

Yoga is an ancient tradition which has stood the test of time. It is a practical and holistic system of health and lifestyle management integrating every aspect of a person's being.
Physical Health is attained through the systematic practice of yoga postures or asanas (sanskrit) not only stretching muscles and relieving tensions but also influencing the internal organs, circulation, respiration, heart function, glandular and nervous system.
The regular practice of the postures combined with breathing, relaxation and meditation will result in a peaceful, creative, concentrated mind more able to deal with restlessness and stress. Awareness and clarity will shine forth as a first step to deal with life's challenges and achieve Mental Health.
With more clarity comes an ability to communicate with others more effectively and without conflict in a respectful and caring framework thus adding a Social Health dimension to life.
Resting on solid foundations, one is then able to find Meaning and Purpose to life.
